Effective immediately and in accordance with State Law ALL Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors MUST BE LICENSED.
Plumbers and/or Mechanical Contractors are now required to obtain Building Permits for all work performed in unincorporated Marion County. This work is no longer covered under the General Contractor’s Permit.
Please bring your license when applying for a plumbing or mechanical permit in unincorporated Marion County. If you have any questions, please call the Marion County Building Inspector’s Office.
